WOULD YOU WELCOME FAREEN AS ONE OF YOUR EXTENDED FAMILY?

Once again, 9 more children including seven girls need to be rescued from Mercy Home to prevent them being from the probability of being abused/neglected. Fareen is one of them.

The nine are new. They (Ram Pyari, Soni, Pooja, Shahnaz, Nikita, Reshmi, Fareen, Raju & Ishu) are all in the age group of 7 to 14. years. (Only Fareen is a healthy, active 8 year-old while others are mentally challanged with speech difficulties & 65 to 85% disablities, want to see them, click here http://ninewaiting.yolasite.com/

We thought that we had transferred all girls from the Mercy Home to Snehalaya. Morally and emotionally, to prevent neglect and abuse (particularly to the 7 girls) I am under pressure  to transfer these children. I have no money or sponsors to pay for their upkeep or education..( only 39 of the 63 children we have at present are sponsored).

Honestly speaking, I do not know what to do, except  to ask you once again – to contribue by sponsoring more  children, finding more sponsors/supporters/fundraisers among your friends, family and colleagues. Please consider contributing now itself while on line using secure link through donate button on our web site www.helpchildrenofindia.org

In addition few suggestions (that have been made to me) -

Shared sponsorship: Why not get together with your colleagues and friends to share an extra sponsorship? Just £20 or US$ 40 or Rs.1500 or equivalent in your currency will give a new life to a disabled child in India. These are also popular with schools – because the whole class can contribute and, at the same time, learn about life in a different part of the world.

Your browser can earn money for your favourite charity:  You can easily generate five pounds or more per month to provide for these children by making Everyclick your home page for browser and choose Gwalior Childrens Hospital for charity to support. (http://www.everyclick.com or http://www.everyclick.com/helpchildrenofindia ). Every time you use this search engine (based on Yahoo!) you raise money to provide for these children in Snehalaya.

Fundraising: "Bollywood" events have become quite popular. If you want to organise any event, please ask us for support if you need or if anyone wants an authentic Gwalior curry recipe, I will be only too happy to supply one on demand.

Greeting cards or other items from our Souvenir shop: All money is used to provide for the children in Snehalaya only. Visit Souvenir shop page on http://gchvols.pbwiki.com

As you know, we use 100% of funds received to provide for these children only, nothing being deducted for administrative or other expenses. I am very much obliged for your support all along and hope for same to continue helping us in taking these works further. Thanks again, hoping for an early affirmative reply, with regards and best wishes,

BK
