Statement of the Maoist Communist Party of France
Our Party supports this International Conference Against Disappearance of People.
Our Party supports political prisoners and the fighters of the class war.
There is no "Chinese wall" between these two fights. This fight is similar to the fight led by the Third International against the repression of anarchists, communists and progressive activists.
Our Party supports all initiatives against repression and the disappearance of people.
Today, the imperialists are afraid of the rebellions, and upheavals among masses. A new worldwide fascist process is arising because contradictions among imperialists for a new sharing of the world are developing.
Fascism is becoming necessary for them. After having restored capitalism in the Soviet Union, China and other socialist countries, and transformed communist parties into revisionist parties, they are using the contradictions among the proletariat in order to clearly point at immigrated people as those to be blamed for the crisis.
"YESTERDAY, THE JEWISH, TODAY THE MOSLEMS, THE MIGRANTS"
Modern fascism leads to a long war against the proletariat in the economic, political, cultural ideological and military fields.
The Proletariat and his Party, the masses gathered in the United Front, the military force must make it possible to defeat modern fascism through Peoples' War, through a war for national liberation, and class war until victory.

Notre parti soutient cette conférence internationale contre les disparitions.
Notre organisation soutient les prisonniers politiques et les combattants de la guerre de classe.
Il n'y a pas une « muraille de Chine » entre ces deux combats. C'est le même que la IIIème Internationale Communiste contre la répression de militants (anarchistes, communistes, progressistes).
Notre Parti soutient toutes les initiatives contre les disparitions et la répression.
Aujourd'hui les impérialistes ont peur des révoltes, du soulèvement des masses. Un nouveau processus fasciste monte dans le monde entier, parce que les contradictions entre les impérialistes pour un nouveau repartage du monde se développe.
Le fascisme pour eux devient nécessaire. Après la restauration du capitalisme en URSS, en Chine et dans les autres pays socialistes et la transformation des partis en partis révisionnistes. Ils utilisent les contradictions au sein du prolétariat pour désigner les immigrés responsables de la crise.

Le fascisme moderne mène une guerre prolongée contre le prolétariat sur le plan : économique, politique, culturel, idéologique et militaire.
Le prolétariat et son Parti, les masses regroupées dans le Front Uni, la force militaire, doivent permettre de vaincre le fascisme moderne, par une guerre populaire prolongée à travers la lutte de libération nationale, et de classes, jusqu'à la victoire.
