Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon's Presentation on behalf of the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB (under the occupation of the alleged Indian democracy of the Brahmins-Hindus, since 15th August, 1947)

SUBJECT: Human Rights Abuses and the Situation of Sikhs in Their Holy and Historic Homeland PUNJAB, Since 15th August, 1947.

Introduction: The Sikh Raj, Punjab, the first 'Sovereign and Secular' nation of South Asia, has been "Struggling To Regain its Sovereignty, Independence and Political power, by peaceful means, since 14th March, 1849. This was the day when the forces of the Sikh Nation surrendered its sovereignty to the British Empire." At the same time, the Sikhs struggle for sovereignty began of the fateful day of 14th March, 1849. The Sikhs' struggle for sovereignty has been going on to the day of this presentation and it will continue, by peaceful means until the day the Sikh Nation reclaims its lost sovereignty.

Briefly, the Sikh Nation, Punjab, was 'robbed' right after the 'unelected' Brahmins-Hindus clique received political power from the then British agent. The next gift by the ruling clique of the alleged Indian democracy was presented to the Sikhs 7-week following their independence by issuing a state circular bearing the signatures of JL Nehru - CL Trivedi -VB Patel, which indicated that the 'Sikhs are lawless people, dangerous to the law-abiding Hindus and be dealt with firmly. This was the day of 10th October, 1947, when the Sikhs of their Holy and Historic homeland, PUNJAB, were made'slaves' of the Brahmins-Hindus.

The Sikhs were denied their political and religious rights in the Constitution of India passed in 1950. The Constitution which was 'rejected' by the Sikhs elected representatives to the Indian parliament/Lok Sabha in its draft and final forms. The Sikhs' representatives were Sardar Hukam Singh, Sardar Bhupinder Singh Maan and Sirdar Kapur Singh, ICS, MP, MLA and National Professor of Sikhism (all members of parliament). Since its 'rejection', none of the Sikhs representatives to the parliament has accepted/signed/endorsed the Indian Constitution 1950.

In 1966, the Sikhs motherland, Punjab, the Sikh Nation, was further divided into Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, by Indira Gandhi alias Maimuna Begum against the wishes of Sikhs.

To exterminate the Sikhs and to find a permanent relief from the Sikhs' problems and demands, Indira Gandhi's administration of New Delhi waged an 'undeclared' war on the Sikhs, by suspending all means of communication and transportation measures in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984. Since this 'undeclared' war, the Punjab,Sikh Nation, is no less than a'Concentration Camp'.

Professor Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, President, Panch Pradhani, a faction of Akali Dal-Amritsar, his associates, Bhai Balwant Singh Rajona, Dilawar Singh Hawara, along with Afzal Guru of the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA:JK) have been kept in the high security jails of the Brahmins-Hindus alleged democracy. Also, languishing in the high security and others jails of Punjab and alleged Indian democracy are more than 10,000 Sikhprisoners (male, female, youth and children), without charges and trials (www.punjabspectrum.com21st February, 2011).

I would like to inform you, the ladies and gents, that just about 10-day ago, mass graves of Sikhs killed in two villages of Haryana in 1984 genocide of Sikhs, have been located in the village Hondh-Chillar of the Rewari district and in another village of Gurgaon district, Haryana.

Since 15th August, 1947, more than 3.4 million Sikhs have been killed in numerous genocide, pogroms, staged encounter killings, etc.; more than 500,000 Muslims in general; more than200,000 Muslims of the IDA:JK since 1988; more than 312,500 Christians; more than 15,000 Tamils since 1990s; 15,000 citizens of Assam and 7-sister of Assam since 1990s; hundreds of thousand Dalits; hundred of thousand Adivaasis or Moolnivasis; several thousand citizens of Orissa, Bihar and Rajasthan; leaving aside the rapes, humiliation, persecution, atrocities, etc.

Punjab's natural resources are deliberately denied to the people of Punjab. There has been no heavy industry and IT industry in the Punjab of the Sikhs.

Pollution of the Punjab River Waters is 15 to 30-times higher than the internationally acceptable standards. Punjab's farmers are loaded with debts and they have been committing suicide.

The Sikhs' apex religious and political institutions (the Darbar Sahib Complex commonly and mistakenly called the Golden Temple Complex, Supreme Seat of Sikh Polity, The Akal Takht Sahib, and other gurdwaras) are under the 'Tight Control' of the New Delhi administration (NDA) and Punjab's Akali Dal-Badal's administrations.

Police, intelligence, para-military and armed forces, along with the NDA and Akali Dal-Badal administrations, are highly corrupt.

Mr Chairman, Dr Graves, ladies and gentlemen, I could go on and on, but under the time limitation, I have no choice but to conclude my presentation. The conclusion is that the 'minimum acceptable solution for the Sikhs is the "Sovereignty of the Sikhs Nation, Punjab," from the slavery of the 'Brahmins-Hindus, which includes the Punjab of 15th August, 1947, consisting of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and punjabi-speaking areas associated with Punjab and Chandigarh as well. It must be noted that the Punjabi language, script Gurmukhi, is the language of the Sikhs only, as the 'Brahmins-Hindus' of Punjab have 'disowned' their mother tongue in the census of 1966.

Discussion of Dr Sekhon's Presentation:

The first question from the audience was fired by a gentleman from IDA:JK by saying Dr Sekhon what is the Punjab's present situation as compared to the days of post-undeclared war of June, 1984?

Answering the question, Dr Sekhon said this question could be answered from two views: the Brahmins-Hindus alleged Indian democray's viewpoint, and (ii) the Sikh Nation, Punjab's point of view. As far as the former (the Brahmins-Hindus'administration) is concerned,"it is everything fine, normal and there is no problem exists in Punjab. From the Sikh nation's point of view, the Indian administration notoriously is a 'liar'. The Sikh Nation, Punjab's situation is 10-times worst today that what had been during the 'úndeclared' of 1984 as discussed above. Further, the Sikhs do not trust the Brahmins-Hindus politicians, who have been professional liar.

Additionally, Dr Sekhon said that the Prime Minister, Manmohan Sinh, of India in an 'únelected'person, has not been elected from any electoral constituency of the parliament of India. There has not been any other example in the history of the democratic (presidential or the British system of democracy) countries where an únelected' person has been the Chief, Council of Ministers of a given country. This Manmohan Sinh has been abusing the democratic system of India, if that is the democratic at all.

Chair: Dr G N Fai

Time: 15:00 - 17:00 Hrs

Making his quick comment, in view of the time limitation, Dr Sekhon said to the Chair and audience that Äccording to the Hon Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, who said in the House of Representatives of the United States, "As far as the Sikhs, Muslims and other non-Hindu minorities are concerned, India is a Nazi Germany to them."
