Sedition law - my  own experience

        Section 124a of Indian Penal Code ( sedition) is the dark legacy of the British government, which is being perpetuated by our corrupt governments to suppress the voices of dissent.In 1984, my one article was published in Radiance Viewsweekly, Delhi, titled " Secularism vis-a-vis Hindu Chauvinism", and on the basis of this article, the government of India started prosecution against me, editor and the publisher for sedition. The proceedings continued for 15 years at Tees Hazari Court, Delhi. After my acquittal in 2000, I wrote the book ' Secular Horror - A real story of fifteen years ordeal with Indian secularism" which was published by Pharos Media ( Milli Gazette) New Delhi and can be seen atwww.google.com under caption ' Secular Horror by Mustafa Kamal Sherwani.
