Dear Friends,

Greetings !!

This is to bring in your notice that UGC has amend its SC/ST PDF eligibility criteria without any notice on 22/7/2014. if I remember correctly earlier it was open to all those who posses doctoral degree. Now in addition of that one must be secure 50% marks in UG and 55% in PG. This is in contrast of NET eligibility which is 50% in PG. what is the rational behind this is out of one's imagination. I think its an attack on marginalized communities chances of acquiring higher education. its first in the series more to come, therefore we have to be vigilant  and also expose this and the bad intention of this regime.

Hope to listen from you on this !

Jai Bheem !!
