It is about the ignorance of real issues of Humanity and environment and nature in so called democratic setup which does not echo the voices of either Man or Nature.Written in reference to Monsoon Session of the Indian parliament. Nagare are the drums without which no Nautanki,the folk drama might be played at al.The situation is all the drums are silent while the nautanki is continued !
