Dear Reader,

Having just consulted with a longtime client on
blood circulation issues, I revisited and updated
an article that I wrote a while back on how to
use acupressure to promote healthy blood circulation
throughout the pelvis, thighs, legs, and feet.

If this topic is of interest to you, please feel
free to have a look here:

As mentioned towards the bottom of the post above,
two professional grade supplements that I've found to
be useful in promoting healthy blood flow through
the lower extremities are:

1.  Proteolytic Enzymes - the two most important
components are serrapeptase and nattokinase, natural
enzymes that help normalize blood flow throughout
the body by normalizing fibrin metabolism:

2.  100% Whole Food Vitamin and Mineral Formula -
includes several botanicals that are particularly
useful in promoting healthy blood circulation:

One other tip for promoting healthy blood flow
through the lower extremities:  At the end of each
day, lie on your back with your legs elevated, and
stay in this position for at least 20 minutes to help
drainage of fluids through your lymphatic vessels and
veins.

Ideally, you want to lie with your pelvis close enough
to a wall or sofa to allow your legs and feet to be
well elevated, but if this isn't possible, you'll
still benefit from resting your legs on the seat of a
chair or a small stack of firm pillows.

Spending 20 minutes or more in this position on a
nightly basis is particularly useful to people who
have to stand or walk for a living - this one habit
may help prevent the formation of varicose veins.

Remember:  if you take good care of your blood
circulation, your blood circulation will take good
care of you.  A bit corny, but a fact of life.  :D

Hope you and your loved ones have a safe and healthy
week ahead.

Ben Kim
