It's the latest find in the crippled facility, which was damaged by an earthquake and tsunami two years ago. At least 300 tonnes of contaminated water is believed to have escaped - the worst leak yet. The puddle was spotted on Monday and was found to be radiating at five times the yearly exposure limit for plant workers.
