Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon
Participating in the above Briefing, Dr Sekhon began with the teachings of the founder of Sikhism, inscribed in the Sikhs' Holy Scriptutre, Guru Granth Sahib: "Mathe Tikka Terrh Dhotti Kakhaii Hath Chhurri Jagat Kasaii" what it meant in Guru Baba Nanak Sahib's time in the 15th century is also holds true in the 21st century. Simple translation of the Guru Baba's teaching is thart the "Brahmin is a butcher of our world."
Ladies and Gentlemen, Greetings to you. Allthe problems created in South Asia are because of Brahmins or elite community of the apartheid practicing alleged Indian democracy. Ladies and gentlemen and my co-penalists, there is a saying in English that in the institution o f Democracy, regarless of the parliamentry or the presidential system of democracy, the 'majority' rules in democracy. This notion has been proved wrong by the Brahmins and the Brahmins' blessed communities, no, it is the minority which rules the democracy, since 20th and 21st centuries. If the stalwarts do not take any notice, because of the reasons unknown to me or maybe due to the vested interests of the nations in this world, it is rather too bad. It just the matter of time when the peace-loving people who already have been paying the price, will continue to face persecution, torture, cultural, political, social, educational genocides, fake encounter killings of youth, especially the Sikh youth. Why is it so? The answer is it is because a 'minority' rule prevails in democracy, so to speak. Brahmins are onlt 3% of the total population of 1.2 billion hungary mouths. It is the Brahmins who have been ruling the Indian democracy, with the collaboration of the Hindu and the turbaned Hindus in 'The Sikh Identity' in PUNJAB. The Punjab which was the first 'Sovereign and Secular' nation of South Asia. Other minorities who have been brought to the Brahmins-Hindus' side by the hook or by the crook, they all support the 'Brahmins-Hindus', since the 'unelected 'Brahmin-Hindus' leadership received the political power on the platter from their master, the British India Empire. When these all minorities are combined they become less than 45% or less and a majority of the Dalits (60-70%) have been reduced to a minority in the 'Brahmins-Hindus' political game; as a result, this majority of Dalits have never been allowed to rule the Indian democracy. And the modus operandi of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' democracy is to hand on to the political power as much as possible or for ever; unless some unforeseen is seen. The minority of the Brahmins-Hindus (3 and 10%) have been 'subservient' for more than 3,500 years to the Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British, Portuguese, etc. However, they always enjoyed the 'political power' by giving their daughters to the rules, becoming 'raj purohits' in the Mughal period, because of their 'jee-hazoori or yes-master', i. e., pleasing the rulers.
These "Brahmins-Hindus', like Mishra Lal Sinh and dogras like Dhian Chand (Sinh), etc, brought the downfall of the first 'Sovereign and Secular' nation of South Asia on 14th March, 1849. The British Empire's forces declared victoruy of the first Sovereign and Secular nation of a Sikh monarch, Ranjit Singh, 1799 to 14th March, 1849. The British Empire 'annexed' but not amalgamated the 'Sikh Raj or Sikh Nation to the British Empire, for the purpose of administration only.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Sikhs all over the world have been commemorating the 300th years of the Sikh Raj and the Sikh leader and General Banda Singh Bahaday in 1710. This first Sikh Raj lasted nearly 10 years. In the later years and until 1799, there was a rule of 'Hide and Seek' in Punjab. This game was played by the Guru-de-Sikh and the Mughals. The Sikhs ruled on the hearts of the people, because they belonged to the people regardless of the religion, caste and creed. In fact, the apartheid, case and creed game began from the intruders and these intruders were the 'Brahmins-Hindus', who call them Aryans.
Sikhs' Constitutional Rights: On 15th August, 1947, the day when the British Empire handed over the power to the 'Brahmins-Hindus', these enemies of the Sikhs 'robbed' the Sikhs of Punjab in a broad day light and made them the 'Landless Sikh Nation Punjab'. Within 7-week post 15th August, 1947, the 'Brahmin-Baniya' 'trio' (JL Nehru, CL Trivedi and VB Patel) declared via a state circular that "The Sikhs are lawless people and are dangerous to the law-abiding Hindus, i. e, the Hindus and Brahmins." This was the begining. The 'Brahmin-Hindu' leadership brought a draft of the Indian Constitution in 1948, in which the 'Sikh religion' was 'swallowed'. The Sikhs were termed as the 'long-haired Hindus'. The 'Brahmins-Hindus' exterminated the Sikh religion. The religion which is the 5th largesr religion of our world, as against the 'Brahmins-Hindus' are 'neither a eligion nor a culture'. The Sikhs' elected representatives, on behalf of their electrorates from Punjab,'REJECTED' the Indian Constitution of 1950, in its draft and final forms, in 1948, 26th November, 1949, 1950 and more recently on 6th September, 1965. The Sikhs' representatives were Sardar Hukam Singh, Sardar Bhupinder Singh Maan and Sirdar Kapur Singh, ICS, MLA, MP and National Professor of Sikhism. Todate, none of the Sikhs' elected representatives has accepted/endorsed/signed the Indian Constitution 1950. I am wondering, ladies and gentltmen, under what law of the country and/or Constitution the Sikhs of the 'Landless Sikh Nation PUNJAB' are being ruled by the alleged Indian administration? I believe that the Sikhs are in the captivity of the alleged Indian democracy of the 'Brahmins-Hindus (14% of the total population).
To exterminate the Sikhs by the 'Brahmins-Hindus and their pro-administrations of Prakash Sinh Badal of the Akali Dal-Badal Private Limited Incorporation or Amarinder Singh of Patiala, etc., the Sikhs' massacre was carried out in 1978 in Amritsar, an 'Undeclared war on the Landless Sikh Nation PUNJAB in the name of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984, in which more than 260,000 innocent and unarmed Sikh infants, children, youth, male and female folks and elderly were killed mercilessly, by the Indian armed forces, and neartly 15 Sikhs were massacred in Ludhiana in April 2010 (by the Punjab and the New Delhi administration headed by Manmohan Sinh. The latter, who is the Prime Minister of the alleged Indian regime, is 'not' an elected member of parliament from any constituency of India. This is thye alleged Indian democracy of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' since 15th August, 1947.
The above is a brief or a 'tip of an iceberg' of the gross human rights violations of the Sikhs of the Landless Sikh Nation PUNJAB.
More than 6000 Sikhs have been languashing in the high security jails in New Delhi (Tihar jail), in Punjab and outside PUNJAB, without any charges and trials.
To sum up, I invite immediate attention of the Human Rights Council and the related personnel to resolve the Sikh Problem of the Landless Sikh Nation PUNJAB amicably, as well as of other non-Hindu and non-Brahmin communities.
This attention is more essential because the 'Brahmins-Hindus' have killed more than 3.2 to 3.4 million Sikhs since 15th August, 1947; more than 500,000 Muslims inj general; more than 112,000 Muslims of Kashmir under Indian occupation since 1988; more than 15,000 Tamils since 1990; more than 12,000 citizens of Assam and 7-sister of Assam; more than 312,500 Christians since 15th August, 1947; hundreds of thousand Dalits, Adviasis, etc.
Thank you Mr Chairman, co-penelists, ladies and gentlemen for your kind attention.
