MY 99th OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

The recent criminal attack by the zionist apartheid regime of Israel on the humanitarian aid flotilla to the beseiged Gaza , and the massacre of innocent civilians in high seas has shocked the world, but it was not the first nor the worst zionist crime so far. The shock is particularly evident amongst those who had expected this rogue regime to be different, and behave differently than what it is and what it has been perpetrating in reality ever since its formation in 1948. This false perception is largely due to ignorance as it is to the lies and disinformation by the zionist propaganda machine.

Based on my long anti-zionist struggle experience as well as on my studies of zionism, it is my conviction that there is little understanding of zionism, both amongst the international Left as well as amongst the Palestinian leaders. This failure explains the present grip of the Avnery-Chomsky cabals have over the Left and over the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine. It is necessary, therefore, to reexamine some of the concepts which are currently prevailing in occupied Palestine.

The first is the concept of "peaceful co-existence" with the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. Contrary to most of the Palestinian leaders' beliefs ,zionism and the zionist apartheid regime of Israel are inherently racist, and fascist, and there are no "liberal zionists" in reality. The zionist settlers consider the entire area of Palestine (Zion) as the exclusive "homeland" of the "Jewish nation".

The only real difference between political parties there ( with the exception of the Arab minority) is the difference between the fanatical zionists ( including the current government ), and the non-fanatical zionists. While the fanatics insist on the full implementation of the zionist plans, including the full ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians, the "peace loving" zionists are prepared to "compromise" a little bit for the sake of peace with Palestinians.

Accordingly, the zionist invaders would become the "peace loving" partners of their victims : the oppressed indigenous Palestinians. Never mind justice ! Never the return of all the Palestinian refugees ! Never mind a one non-racist, democratic Palestine ! Such demands have been considered a "fantasy" by Avnery and by Chomsky ,the zionist impostors, and consequently by the Palestinian leaders who follow them. These are the same treacherous leaders who approve of Raji Sourani's betrayal of myself and my children to the ongoing zionist Gestapo torture here in Australia.

Obviously, with every passing day of Palestinian betrayal of my daughter, of my son and of myself to the zionist Gestapo; and with every passing day of the zionist Gestapo's ongoing deadly torture of us; and with every passing day of treachery by Raji Sourani and his cronies the Palestinian cause is diminished, the international solidarity with it is shrinking, and the Palestinian self inflicted disasters would multiply.

Under such circumstances the only hope left for us is the solidarity protests by all people of good will around the world.

I therefore ask again every reader to send immediately protest messages to the following email addresses, and with a copy to my email address (ben.merhav@gmail.com or benjaminmerhav@hotmail.com ).

1. to the Australian government (email r.mcclelland.mp@aph.gov.au;kevin.rudd@aph.gov.au) a message along the following lines :

" I protest the continuous torture of the Australian citizen Benjamin Merhav by sleep deprivation and his daughter and son by psychiatric torture in Melbourne, Australia.

This torture is perpetrated against Benjamin Merhav directly by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo), and indirectly by the same culprit against Benjamin's daughter and son.

I demand that the Australian government instruct ASIO to protect these Australian citizens, and stop these terrorist crimes by a foreign government on Australian soil immediately !"

2. to ICJ-Australia and ICJ Secretariat (email president@icj-aust.org.au,chair@icj-aust.org.au,sec-gen@icj-aust.org.au,
info@icj.dk,info@icj.org ) a message along the following lines :

"I protest your refusal to investigate Benjamin Merhav's complaint against the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violation of the rule of law in Australia, regarding the continuous torture in Melbourne of himself, his daughter and his son , all Australian citizens, by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo).

I demand your immediate intervention to protect these Australian citizens, to stop the perpetration of these terrorist crimes In Australia, and to end these violations of the rule of law by the Australian government in Australia."

3. to the PCHR and to all the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine ( email english@palestine-info.co.uk ;
pchr@pchrgaza.org ) message along the following
lines :

"I protest the betrayal of Benjamin Merhav by Raji Sourani to the zionist Gestapo's torture. I demand Sourani's replacement on the ICJ and on FIDH with a honest Palestinian patriot who would initiate protest action against the torture of Benjamin Merhav, his daughter, and his son by the zionist Gestapo in Australia.

I demand that the Palestinian leaders encourage Palestinians and their supporters to protest this ongoing terrorist torture by the zionist Gestapo, and to demand that it should stop immediately."
