Many embassies are trying to hide the evacuation for political reasons. Mass evacuation of the embassies of Canada and Poland was officially reported at night on August 7. Russia is sending 10,000 children and hundreds of elderly to Bulgaria and the Ukraine to save them from the smoldering heat and overpowering smog in Moscow, the city's Mayor, Yriy Luzhkov, announced Tuesday. Seventeen regions of Russia are currently aflame. Seven of them, including the Moscow region, have declared a state of emergency. Physicians have urged Muscovites to avoid leaving their homes. They warn that breathing the toxic air for just a couple of hours has the same harmful effect as smoking two packs of cigarettes. The U.S. State Department is allowing nonessential staff and dependents of the embassy in Moscow to leave if they want.  Carbon monoxide in the Moscow air was 1.4 times higher than acceptable levels Tuesday, the state pollution watchdog said, a slight improvement from the day before. On Saturday the levels had been an alarming 6.6 times worse. The Canadian government has also initiated a partial evacuation of embassy staff and family members from Moscow due to the choking smog caused by raging fires around Russia's capital. Foreign Ministries of Germany, Bulgaria, France, Italy and other countries also appealed to their citizens not to travel to Russia. Russia fought a deadly battle Tuesday to prevent wildfires from engulfing key nuclear sites as alarm mounted over the impact on health of a toxic smoke cloud shrouded over Moscow. Russian troops dug a five-mile canal yesterday to protect one of the nuclear sites. Bulgaria's EU commissioner Kristalina Georgieva said that the EU is strongly concerned about the situation in Russia where wildfires have been raging for almost two weeks. "We are viewing the problem in Russia as something very grave, for as we all can see it affects the life and health of many people," stated Georgieva. Soil pollution results from the buildup of contaminants, toxic compounds, radioactive materials, salts, chemicals and cancer-causing agents. The most common soil pollutants are hydrocarbons, heavy metals (cadmium, lead, chromium, copper, zinc, mercury and arsenic), herbicides, pesticides, oils, tars, PCBs and dioxins. The forest floor in Russia holds heavy concentrations of radioactive particles that settled after more than several nuclear disasters. We don't need environmentalists to remind and warn us that radiation plus a full ensemble of chemicals and heavy metals could be thrown into the air by the fires raging across western and central Russia. The particles could then be blown far and wide into other areas by the wind creating a nuclear incident of unexpected proportions. Russian fires threaten to stir Chernobyl radiation. Today, on the 11th of August we see concern as firefighters are trying to prevent wildfires from spreading harmful radiation. At least six wildfires were spotted in the Bryansk region this week – the part of Russia that suffered the most from the Chernobyl catastrophe in what was then Soviet Ukraine. Though they are reporting no increase in radiation levels, can we really trust these reports? The median concentration of plutonium produced as a result of nuclear weapons tests is about 10-13g g-1 in soils of the northern hemisphere. Considerably higher concentrations of plutonium and other actinides are found in regions contaminated with fallout from nuclear reprocessing plants and nuclear power plants, e.g., in the Ural region (Russia) and Chernobyl (Ukraine). Russia's Emergency Situations Minister Sergei Shoigu acknowledged the danger last week but officials have never acknowledged the full extent of contamination of thousands and thousands of miles of Russian territory through many nuclear and chemical accidents. One of the worst was kept secret for 30 years and again is not mentioned in today's report by the Associated Press. Mayak is known as a source for serious contamination of a huge territory in the Ural area which happened in 1957 and was kept as a secret by the soviet regime. For 45 years, Chelyabinsk province of Russia was closed to all foreigners. The accidents there resulted in severe health hazards and some areas are still under restricted access regime because of radiation. In the past 45 years, about half a million people in the region have been irradiated in one or more of the incidents, exposing some of them to more than 20 times the radiation suffered by the Chernobyl disaster victims. In the 1950s nuclear technology was not yet well developed and there was not enough knowledge in the world and still less in the USSR about the fate of radioactive wastes in natural ecosystems and the effects of radiation on humans. Therefore, efforts to prevent discharges of radioactivity into the environment were insufficient, and territories in the vicinity of Mayak were severely contaminated by radio nuclides, including long lived 137Cs and 90Sr. In the first years of the Mayak operation there were three accidents accompanied by large releases of radioactivity in the environment: 1. Techa River contamination (1949-1956, ~ 100 PBq); 2.Kyshtym accident (1957, ~70 PBq) 3.An incident with dispersion of radioactive dust (1967, ~20 TBq) The "accident" in 1957 was where they make H-Bombs and was estimated at 20 Million Curies of Cesium137. That radiation value has decayed now to approximately 6 Million Curies. By comparison, the amount of Chernobyl radiation in the forest has decayed to a present day value of "only" 400,000 Curies. That is what is burning and dumping 30-50% of the vegetation and soil locked bound with 6.4 million Curies of Cesium 137 back into the active weather portion of our atmosphere – the troposphere. As you might know, the Cesium is just one of 1400 plus Butterfly Curve products of reactors and nuclear weapons. Bob Nichols, Project Censored Award winner stated yesterday, August 11, 2010, "The Russkie Fires burning down old H-Bomb factory areas and the Chernobyl poisoned woodlands are the same as four Chernobyls happening at the same time. If you were planning a trip to Europe – don't go. If you have family or friends there – get them out if you can. This is not a drill. It is the real deal." "There have been fires in the areas with higher radiation levels," said Vasily Tuzov, a deputy head of the federal forest protection service, who reported that wildfires engulfed a total of some 9,600 acres (3,900 hectares) in several regions of Russia hit by the Chernobyl fallout, including the Bryansk region. A top Russian forest expert said that the mixture of radioactive elements that remained in the forest floor in the affected regions remains dangerous. "A cloud may come up with soot and spread over a huge territory," said Alexander Isayev of the Moscow-based Center for Forest Ecology and Productivity. In reality, and predictably, the threat will be hugely underestimated because their estimates will be based on false contamination data. We already see in all the news the complete absence of any information about the huge areas contaminated in the Chelyabinsk province. Whether it's Chernobyl or Mayak, when they say 50 miles around the source site is polluted, mentally one should calculate 500 or 1000 miles, that's how badly officials underestimate the damage and threat and prior contamination. We have seen this displayed by the Americans and British who under-calculate by even greater factors with their depleted uranium weapons. They allowed their own troops to sleep right next to tanks destroyed by such weapons but thousands of miles away in England radiation levels went up by a factor of 8 or 9 just two weeks after massive bombings in Iraq. There is not enough time to work up a clean Hiroshima equivalent or anything even approaching a quantitative definition of the unfolding disaster in nuclear terms, but whatever size of threat, you can bet your bottom dollar that they will say it's safe and not a problem. Not a problem that is until you try to have children and you are sterile or your kids are born with cancer or worse. Of course no one is even talking about heavy metal contamination especially from mercury that has blanketed the earth and has been bio-accumulating at an accelerated pace especially since the rapid industrialization of India and China. Everything in the soil and vegetation is being vaporized directly into the air and the consequences will fall heavily on the health of affected local populations and even those who live in more distant lands. There has never been a time on earth as now that begs for rational detoxification and heavy-metal-chelation medical approaches. But the New World Medical Order (World Health and every other medical organization in the world) is enslaved to pharmaceutical interests that are just making our toxic problem much worse on earth. Pharmaceuticals are now showing up in public water supplies and in streams and rivers everywhere. The dangers from the Russian fires all add up to a large weapon of mass destruction not only of the environment and crops but also an invisible blanket of radiation and heavy metals whose effects will linger in the lungs and tissues of everyone exposed unless they do aggressive and natural detoxification and nutritional supplementation. A lot is being hidden from the public because it would cause a panic and also because those who control the international media and governments everywhere habitually lie about anything and everything to do with toxic threats. They really cannot help themselves at this point. The unleashed power of the atom has changed everything save our modes of thinking, and thus we drift toward unparalleled catastrophe. Even if you're part of the elite and are prepared to go underground you are not going to build a pharmaceutical plant and produce your own mitochondrial poisons that you will take when feeling sick from Toxicity Syndrome. But you can take down with you a ton of sodium bicarbonate and hundreds of gallons of magnesium chloride (or what is known as magnesium oil) and both will sit on the shelves without problems for many decades. You can also bring down with you hundreds of gallons of iodine or just have the mineral in solid form on hand to easily make up your own when needed, if you have the formula. And then there is clay and activated charcoal and one can bring that down with you and store by the ton, all very inexpensively, not that price matters to the elite. Of course a clinic or underground bunker would have infrared saunas, plenty of selenium and vitamin C on hand, sodium thiosulfate, artificial sun lamps, which are a good idea even if you decided to live on the surface or if you live in the far northern southern latitudes. And then no matter where you live today if you are interested in surviving not only the toxic storms and surviving the massive drop off of food production and the dramatic increases in prices already in progress, you will want a stock of superfoods in stock like spirulina, chlorella or my favorite combination called Rejuvenate. It's really not a long list and all the above represent a new form of healthcare called Natural Allopathic Medicine. All of the above can replace a great part of the pharmaceutical arsenal and the toxic side effects that stem from them. The whole question of chemical and radioactive poisons and widespread institutional denial of their toxicity will now reach a critical point especially in certain areas like the Gulf of Mexico, in Russia and in China, which now has the distinction of being the most polluted place on earth. Pharmaceutical medicine is the wrong medicine to meet the needs of populations that are being hammered with increasing levels of chemicals, heavy metals and radiation. Special Note: Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said this year's wheat harvest will be off more than a third, down to 60 million tons. Last year, the world's third largest grain exporter harvested 97 million tons of wheat and exported 21.4 million tons. We are talking about many millions of tons that could have fed many millions of people so we can anticipate many millions going hungry next winter in the north. A lot of people are going to miss a lot of bread. In Moscow markets, the price of a loaf of bread has soared by 20% in just a few days, going from 15 roubles (0.38 euros or 0.49 dollars) to 18 roubles. Agriculture disasters are happening all over the globe in 2010. The Gods must have pity for us or is it revenge for all the wrongdoings of modern man? Either way our population is going to head down in a hard way. The world faces an inflationary time bomb as shortages of food threaten to push prices to fresh all-time highs. A variety of freakish weather conditions across the world has sent the price of staples including wheat, pork, rice, orange juice, coffee, cocoa and tea to new highs in recent weeks. Sometime in the very near future there will be a panic and those with any kind of wealth will bid the prices of food through the roof with China high on the list of those with resources to outbid everyone else. Free markets will collapse as countries with food declare, as Russia is doing now, bans on exports. When it comes to food and our bellies it's every man and country for him/itself. This is really just the beginning of the Age of Toxicity and even if there is not a wide-scale war, or even a limited one with the United States (as usual) spending huge tonnages of depleted uranium on the battlefield with the resultant blanketing of the earth yet again of uranium oxide with its half-life of billions of years. Those planning on living in underground spheres or shelters really do have the right idea and are acting on it because they can afford it. It is disgusting though to know that the early founders of modern civilizations' most gross insanities are just the ones with the power and money to save themselves when billions are left out to die. Life is about to get vastly more difficult and in certain areas of the world impossible. But even these low-life people (I am talking about the world's wealthiest) have to survive their current exposures and if you think it will be paradise underground forget it. Even in the furthest corners of the earth where population densities are lowest, where I am building my above ground Sanctuary here in Brazil, we have to have the right medicines in our homes and centers to treat Toxicity Syndrome, which happens to be the name of my newest book to be published by the end of September. Soon most of us will literally be fighting for our survival and when I mean fighting I do not mean necessarily violence, but fighting to maintain a flow of nutrient-rich foods for ourselves and loved ones. And it will be a fight to protect and maintain health. From the rich to the poor we are in the same boat in terms of toxicity and I really pity the rich if they are bound into the insanity of pharmaceutical medicine – its chemo and radiation therapies, radioactive testing, and vaccines – all designed to hammer us further into the toxic ground.
