Old Cows too have Great Value!

Sankara Narayanan Jee,

The Bigoted Brahmins and other dogmatic Hindu leaders of the BJP and RSS shall never agree with your view that the old cows can be useless. Even the old cows are assets of great value as they can still supply urine and dung that can be sold for money.

Don't you know that the Bigoted Brahmins want all the Hindus to drink cow's urine and to eat cow dung to prove their faith in Hinduism? You must be knowing that cow's urine is sprinkled on people and objects in various purificatory rituals of the Hindus. The Bigoted Brahmins also insist that the consumption of cow's urine and cow dung are very good for health. Therefore, there are many Ayurvedic medicines that contain cow's urine and cow dung.

The Bigoted Brahmins just don't want to understand the fact that many young Hindus are becoming Christians, Muslims and Marxists, who start eating beef after conversion instead of drinking cow's urine and eating cow dung. More and more young Hindus are just rebelling against their parents who had forced them to drink cow's urine and to eat cow dung during their childhood. Why do the Hindu leaders get surprised when many young Hindus become Christians, Muslims and Marxists? Can modern Hindus be forced to drink cow's urine and eat cow dung even after they become adults?

The Bigoted Brahmins are interested more in preserving their primitive Vedic beliefs and rituals than in the survival of the Hindu community. They cannot give up their evil practices even if they cause the Hindus to become a hopeless minority in India in the near future.

Many Indian villagers are still encouraged to apply layers of cow dung on the walls and floors of their huts in rural areas. Cow dung is even considered by the dogmatic Hindu leaders as an effective protection against nuclear radiation. The application of cow dung all over the body is also advocated as a protection against the harm from radioactive rays of a nuclear explosion! The bigoted leaders are absolutely sure that the Hindus can survive even a nuclear attack if their bodies, including their faces and hair, are smeared with the holy cow dung.

Should we not understand that there would be a massive increase in the value of cow dung when the Government of India soon permits the construction and operation of many Nuclear Power Plants all over the country? You should never underestimate the great potential value that cow dung could have even in modern times. The leaders of BJP, RSS and other Hindutva organizations can definitely prove the great economic value that even the old cows could have for the whole world.

Unquote:

1. Will RSS & co purchase the old, sterile and useless cows in each hamlet and relieve the farmers?

2. There is a seller and a buyer for the old/useless cow. It is an economic necessity for the farmers and the poorer sections [in need of cheap protein].

3. Most of the sellers are Hindus.

4. There are millions of non-Muslims who take beef and thousands who slaughter cows. But BJP's blood boils only when Muslims slaughter cows or consume beef.

5. Gujarat is the number one state in beef export.

Anti-cattle slaughter Bill: BJP dharna today

Special Correspondent

BANGALORE: Top leaders of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party as well as its MPs and legislators will stage a dharna in Bangalore on Monday as part of the party's campaign to pressure President Pratibha Patil to give early assent to the Karnataka Prevention of Slaughter and Preservation of Cattle Bill, 2010.

About 3,000 people, including the party's former national president M. Venkaiah Naidu, State unit president K.S. Eshwarappa, general secretary H.N. Ananth Kumar and elected representatives of various bodies, are expected to participate in the dharna to be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Town Hall, according to the party's State media in-charge S.S. Prakash.

However, Ministers would not take part in the dharna, he said. The Bill, which was adopted by both the Houses of the State legislature amid pandemonium, has been forwarded to the President for her assent by Governor H.R. Bhardwaj.

The Bill has triggered a public debate with the Opposition parties urging the President to desist from giving her assent to the Bill, which they termed as "unscientific and aimed at inciting communal passions". Farmers' associations too have taken exception to the Government not consulting any stakeholders.

The BJP launched a counter campaign from September 1 seeking early assent to the Bill, which it claims is aimed at supporting agricultural operations. The first phase of the campaign will culminate with the dharna of its elected representatives on Monday.

Mr. Prakash said the party would take care to ensure that traffic was not disrupted due to the dharna. The protest would begin with a puja to a cow and later the protesters would submit a memorandum to the Governor, he said.
