What  Next  after  BSNL,Just Think Mulnivasi!

The procedure of privatization of BSNL and MTNL started already.Twenty years ago, BAMCEF used to tell Mulnivasi people that Privatization would Destroy the Mulnivasi Bahujan masses  in its mass communication campaign. But our people never  believed this.As the process of mass began , the same  people are saying that if they followed the advice of Bamcef , there would have been  no need to face this situation.Government has started firing MTNL and BSNL employees.And the government employees of these institutions are mainly from ST,SC,OBC and converted Minorities.More than 800 thousand people employed in these institutions. Even though there is a debate going on whether to give them V.R.S. or not.Telecom Secretary R.Chandrasekhar said at the scotch conference that BSNL has prepared a deal and the decision on this is still pending.Surely there is a matter of big Financial Liability. So, ahead of any decision, there is a need to go through it properly.

In this financial year, Government made a plan to fire Mulnivasi Bahujan people .But the decision  is still pending on this issue.The biggest Telecom company of India is BSNL.And India is benifitted from this Company.But the  Government has decided to privatize this company in order to give profits to the Capitalists. For this they have completed the paper work. And from many states Mulnivasi Employees have been  fired. The Mulnivasi Employees are criminally deprived of their constitutional rights.The Government is murdering the Constitutional Values.  The Government is trying to defend the interests of the Manuists.

However, the employees of BSNL are protesting against the privatization. And the government is in no mood of any hearing.In Mega Cities there is MTNL and a proposal  was made by  itwhich is under consideration. Chandrashekhar said.

Obviously, the Manuists have decided to throw out the Mulnivasi Bahujan people from thegovernance, Administration and the System. Manuists are beating the Mulnivasi Bahujan people in unilaterally.And the way they are beating the Bahujan they would never be able to stand up again.

 

The Conspiracy is underway  to deprive the Mulnivasi people of their rights who are in MTNL and BSNL. Near about 200 to 300 thousand employees will be fired .The Employees  carried  their protest to the Parliament and Assemblies. They also demanded justice knocking the doors of  Judiciary. But failed miserably in getting Justice.

 Manuist System  creates the  problems .How may they solve them? The Mulnivasi employees are in helpless situation as No body listen to their complaints. Had  they been fired directly , there could  be Resistance. Hence,to avoid this, they are fired on the basis of an excuse that the company isrunning   in loss. Now the  employees are offered  to take V.R.S..This strategic move is meant  to abort the revolt boiling within. Financial help is sought  from the government to implement VRS. But this too was thrown into dustbin. Then MTNL proposed  that the government should  give 100% financial support to its Cadre wise VRS scheme. On the other hand,BSNL also demanded an amount ofRs 18 thousand   crores from government. Thus, threat given to the employees that either accept  V.R.S. or you would  get Nothing. The Government also rejected  the applications of V.R.S followed by.

Well,the debate onV.R.S is continued  since 2009. Mind you that  Prime Minister Manmohan Singhwas advised  by Sam Pitroda to reduce the number of BSNL employees to just One Third. This clarifies that the theory of Inclusive Development pleaded by the Prime Minister is  Nothing but Mass Dstruction  for the Mulnivasi People in the best interest of the Brahamin Bania Ruling class.

While  the government of BSP was in power. It  also privatized  on massive scale. It was then the employees belonging to  SC, ST and OBC and converted minorities were FIRED and it was  defined as  Volunteer Retirement. Now  it is not VRSat all, but the Employees are simply Kicked out of their Job.As the employees of MTNL and BSNL were retrenched  step by step, the  employees working in other sectors thought that it has not to happen to them at all .That is why they are  still in  sleep and also dreaming. But they are also selected to be victims of the same destiny sooner or later.

 

The country's biggest telecom company BSNL and MTNL sabotaged and none of the political party is taking any action against it.BJP as well as the  communists do  support congress in this issue. The  political parties of the Bahujans in regional level and theirso called National leders are also not saying anything about it. They are just afraid of BJP and Congress. By taking Brahmins with them these parties  are actually strengthen the Brahaminical Hegemony.They are aligned with the Brahamins in the Genocide of the Mulnivasi Bahujan.

Bharat Mukti Morcha protested openly  against  this Government policy. A movement will be launched nationwide supporting the employees of BSNL and MTNL. The  National President of Bharat MUkTI Morcha Waman Meshram told Dainik Mulnivasi Nayak. Mulnivasi Employees must be mobilized  soon to protest against this system and they will be backed by Bharat Mukti Morcha, he added.In this financial Year , the government has decided to finish off lots of government  sector companies and industries.The Trade Unions active in the working ,  they don't see the relevance of the problems to the problems within the society.These Trade Unions are led by the Brahamin leaders and they feel pleasure to see the SATYANAAS , mass setruction of Mulnivasi workers and employees. No Trade Union works in the interest of the working class or employees rather they sustain the Manuvadi system in defence of the Brahamins. It is just because, all the trade unions and the Trade Union Movement itself have been Captured by the Brahamins.Thus, Bharat Mukti Morcha has a Plan to launch Independent Trade Union for Mulnivasi Bahujan workers and Employees.Bharat Mukti Morcha has declared a WAR against Manuvadi System.The Mulnivasi Bahujan Employees have to join this Movement with Mulnivasi Masses in general.
