It must be clear to any oppressed people, and it should be clear to the Palestinian people too, that their oppressors' - the zionist apartheid regime of Israel certainly included - terrorist activities are commensurate with their victims' resistance. The more effective the resistance, the harsher is the "punishment" by the oppressors. In the Palestinian case, the zionist apartheid regime of Israel has either imprisoned its effective Palestinian opponents, tortured them, or murdered them. Those Palestinians who still enjoy a pleasant life in occupied Palestine are either collaborators with the zionist enemy or infective.

A similar fascist attitude by the zionist apartheid regime of Israel prevails also outside the zionist state. However, since only Palestine is occupied by the zionists, the zionist oppressors are limited in the atrocities they can perpetrate over the rest of the world. Yet, in my case the zionist apartheid regime has inflicted its terrorist torture on myself and my children without precedent anywhere, including occupied Palestine. The Australian government's subservience to the zionist lobby allows them to do that, but even here in Australia, the paradise for zionists, they did not dare to inflict such torture on any local Palestinian or any of their other supporters here.

You would think then that the Palestinian leaders - inside and outside occupied Palestine - would hurry to our defence, but none of them did. You would think also, that all the Palestinian leaders would lavish on us praise for surviving this terrorist zionist torture for so many years. Instead, the Palestinian leaders have approved of the Raji Sourani betrayal of us to the ongoing torture by the zionist Gestapo, including the hostile silence he has imposed on our torture, so as to signal the zionists to continue torturing us till
death !

Under such circumstances the only hope left for us is the solidarity protests by all people of good will around the world.

I therefore ask again every reader to send immediately protest messages to the following email addresses, and with a copy to my email address (ben.merhav@gmail.com or benjaminmerhav@hotmail.com ).

1. to the Australian government (email r.mcclelland.mp@aph.gov.au;kevin.rudd@aph.gov.au) a message along the following lines :

" I protest the continuous torture of the Australian citizen Benjamin Merhav by sleep deprivation and his daughter and son by psychiatric torture in Melbourne, Australia.

This torture is perpetrated against Benjamin Merhav directly by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo), and indirectly by the same culprit against Benjamin's daughter and son.

I demand that the Australian government instruct ASIO to protect these Australian citizens, and stop these terrorist crimes by a foreign government on Australian soil immediately !"

2. to ICJ-Australia and ICJ Secretariat (email president@icj-aust.org.au,chair@icj-aust.org.au,sec-gen@icj-aust.org.au,
info@icj.dk,info@icj.org ) a message along the following lines :

"I protest your refusal to investigate Benjamin Merhav's complaint against the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violation of the rule of law in Australia, regarding the continuous torture in Melbourne of himself, his daughter and his son , all Australian citizens, by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo).

I demand your immediate intervention to protect these Australian citizens, to stop the perpetration of these terrorist crimes In Australia, and to end these violation of the rule of law by the Australian government in Australia."

3. to the PCHR and to all the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine ( email english@palestine-info.co.uk ;
pchr@pchrgaza.org ) message along the following
lines :

Gestapo's torture. I demand "I protest the betrayal of Benjamin Merhav by Raji Sourani to the zionist Gestapo torture. I demand Sourani's replacement on the ICJ and on FIDH with a honest Palestinian patriot who would initiate protest action against the torture of Benjamin Merhav, his daughter, and his son by the zionist Gestapo in Australia.

I demand that the Palestinian leaders encourage Palestinians and their supporters to protest this ongoing terrorist torture by the zionist Gestapo, and to demand that it should stop immediately."
